  • The Town Assessors have provided us with the Preliminary Value List of properties in town. They do this every five years:

  • Preliminary Value list (sorted by Map & Lot)

  • Preliminary Value list (sorted by Property Owner)

  • Phone appointments with the assessors will be held on Thursday, December 4th through Saturday, December 6th and Monday, December 8th.

  • ​Building permits, Intent to Cuts, Exemptions, Current Use, Abatement info, Subdivision Plans, and Lot Line Adjustments are now being handled by the Land Use Clerk, Sharon Iozzo. Contact Sharon with your questions via telephone at (603) 835-2986, by email at siozzo@alsteadnh.gov or stop by the Town Offices to speak with her in person.

  • The Conservation Commission needs new volunteer members. Please contact a member of the Commission, or a Select Board member for more information.​​
